A chilling, twist-filled psychological thriller that messes with your mind…in the best way!

From the first few pages, None of This is True had me hooked. Lisa Jewell neatly weaves a story that keeps you guessing at every turn. Just when you think you’ve figured it out – nope! – another twist throws you off course. This book had me constantly wondering where it was going, and I loved every second of the ride.

At the center of the story is Josie Fair, a woman whose unsettling presence creeps in slowly and then completely takes over. Her relationship with Alix, a popular podcaster, is the heart of the novel, and it’s as fascinating as it is disturbing. I can’t tell you how many times I found myself saying, “This woman is crazy!” (And, if you’ve read it, I’m dying to know if you agree.)

What makes this book so compelling is how it plays with your emotions. One moment I was horrified by Josie’s behavior, and the next I was feeling sorry for her, then questioning my own sanity for doing so. It’s a psychological roller coaster that blurs the lines between victim and villain, truth and manipulation.

And, just when I thought I had processed the ending, Lisa Jewell dropped a bonus chapter that completely shattered everything I thought I knew. I’m still reeling (and secretly hoping there’s a sequel in the works!!).

If you’re into suspense, unreliable narrators and stories that leave you questioning everything, None of This is True is a must-read. It’s thrilling, chilling and impossible to put down.
